Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms:

✦ GENERAL

1. Please provide clear description and visual references before work begins.
2. I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, the work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e. Twitch) and more.
3. Clients receive non-transferable usage rights to the work for personal use.
4. Clients must not claim work as their own and must credit me when displaying the commission (@ppuyyyy).
5. Payment must be paid in full. I accept bank transfer, Momo and PayPal.
6. Payment must be sent after the sketch is approved. Commission will be on hold on the queue until the payment is done.
7. Products will be digital-only, so there will be no shipping costs / physical goods.

✦ Process

1. Work completion requires one week minimum, depending on the complexity of the work and my work queue.
2. Clients will receive updates at each stages of the commission (sketch / base color / finished). Clients are free to request an update at any given time.
3. Clients have up to 3 revisions during sketching stage and minor changes only after line art.
4. Revisions may affect progress and timeline.

✦ Refunds

1. No refunds are possible after the sketch is approved unless initiated by the Artist and except for circumstances as detailed below.
2. Clients have the right to request refunds one month after deadlines if work has not been delivered and there was no agreed upon amendment to the timeline.
3. If I cannot complete work or there are delays as detailed above for unforeseen reasons, the Client may be eligible for a full refund. If work done up to this point is accepted and used by the Client, I will provide a partial refund according to the amount of work complete.
4. I reserve the right to cancel a commission and refund the unfinished work if a client violates the TOS.

PRICELIST

Commission status: closed
File will be 1500x1500, 300dpi, png on default unless discussed to be other sizes.
Simple background / color fill / gradient are free.
